Quinoa Breakfast Bowl with Berries
Easy, Healthy Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
3/4 of a cup of cooked quinoa
1 cup of mixed berries (My favorite is raspberries and blueberries)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 small packet Stevia or to taste
2 tablespoons chopped almonds (optional)
Directions:
Heat up quinoa in the microwave until warm. Add coconut oil and cinnamon and stir until coconut oil melts.
Top with berries and Stevia add almond milk and serve!
I sometimes add chopped almonds, I like the texture and taste.
